M.E.T.S. Charter School uses multiple methods of evaluation for its teachers and administrators. First and foremost, the Danielson framework is used as an overall measurement. Next, M.E.T.S. Charter School uses PARCC and MAP scores to assess student growth, however this also measures the effectiveness of a teacher. Finally, M.E.T.S. Charter School has partnered with Rutgers University to be a part of the SSI teacher evaluation program.
These measures are then merged together to evaluate each teacher and administrator on an unbiased, effective, and measurable level. M.E.T.S. Charter School is dedicated to having its administrators and teachers be extraordinary in order to help students to be extraordinary.
