Transcripts

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The Guidance Department requires a 1 week minimum processing time for all High School Applications. M.E.T.S. Charter School does not distribute applications for alternative high schools, and applications must be obtained by the student, parent, or guardian. Please note that all applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis.  We will not guarantee that applications will be processed prior to the deadlines if they are not received at least one week before said deadline.  All college applications require a 1 month processing time. Teacher recommendations must be obtained independently by the student. If you have any questions about the process, please e-mail jc.guidance@metscharterschool.org.

 

M.E.T.S. Transcript Requests

For all Seniors applying to college, transcripts can be requested through Naviance.  All other student transcripts - including Alumni requests - may be requested by sending an email to jc.guidance@metscharterschool.org.

 

There is a minimum of a one week processing time for all requests for transcripts, student records, and applications (i.e. scholarship, college, other local schools, etc) to be processed through the guidance office.   All requests are processed on a first come first serve basis; therefore, we are unable to expedite processing requests. 

 

Please note, that during peak periods (i.e. prior to Thanksgiving break), processing times may exceed one week due to increased demand.  In the event of increased demand, submission deadlines shall be established to ensure all student requests are processed in a reasonable time frame.
