First, I’d like to introduce myself,
My name is Joseph Roy, RN. The students call me Nurse Joe. I have been filling in at the M.E.T.S. Charter School as the school nurse for the past few months and now I am the full-time nurse here in Jersey City.
My first order of business here at the M.E.T.S. Charter School is to get to know a little more about the students. I have included with this letter a Student Health Information form (see the link below). This form will help me get to know your children and assist with any health care needs they may have. Please fill it out as soon as possible.
